Systemic Changes
Because systems don’t shift on their own—people have to make them.
We partner with teams that bring about changes in public institutions and hold space for reflection, dialogue, and transformation, in order to make the everyday more equitable.
- Leadership Training for Police – In association with National Law School to address power, bias, and kindness within the Karnataka State Police Department.
- E for English – Functional English for Absolute Beginners – frontline staff—from drivers to housekeeping to janitor—designed for dignity, not tests.
- POSH + Consent Sessions – Practical, people-first approaches to safety, boundaries, and workplace respect.
- Access & Inclusion Audits – Making sure our systems aren’t just open—but truly inclusive.
