It would be redundant and unnecessary to make a Business Case for prevention of sexual harassment. We don’t know of any women (or man actually) whose personal space has not been invaded.
Here are our classroom sessions/ workshops on different aspects of Sexual Harassment that will help the participants:
- Understand what constitutes to sexual harassment (at workplace)
- Learn how to identify sexual harassment perpetrated on self or others
- Learn the way forward if you are a survivor of sexual harassment (at workplace)
- Understand consequences of perpetrating sexual harassment (at workplace)
- Empathize with survivors’ stories and sentiments (simulated)
- Take responsibility (advocate) for autonomy and consent
Sessions:
- The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 – A workshop on the facts, legalities, consequences of Sexual Harassment.
- ‘Elephants in the room’ – A dialogue that aims to humanize the PoSH Act by addressing consent, sexual autonomy, media and patriarchy’s role in framing culture and the larger societal impact of violation of personal spaces.
- BOARD GAME – An engaging simulation with stories played in teams.
Please note: this is a sensitive subject that needs to be dealt with utmost care and a thorough brief.
